Alec has run storytelling sessions in Museums, Galleries, and outside venues such as parks.
Alec’s unique experience with children’s books makes him an ideal guest: as well as traditional stories, he can bring picture books alive, entertain with poetry, and perform dramatic extracts from modern fiction too! With notice, Alec can find stories to link with the theme of an exhibition, or the focus of your event.

He’ll work with any age, from Early Years children to young Teenagers. Primary children are often very successful audiences for invited classes, but Alec can tell stories to families at open events too. Audiences can be any size – ask for more information. Sessions range from 30 to 50 minutes depending on age.

- Use Alec in two or three venues in one day, to maximise the visit!
- Your event may be combined with visits to nearby schools, sharing travel costs.
